Where was his line in the sand? (Transcript selection)

There are golden rules. You know you and I Philip know in medicine there are golden rules that we learn that you know you learn to break. You know every specialty and things has them. Except, you know, we have not risked any medication that isn't absolutely essential in pregnancy, for instance. You know, people are told, you know, look, don't even take a Panadol if you can avoid it. And you certainly must try not to drink alcohol and don't smoke. And yet here we are still saying this thing is safe and effective in all stages in pregnancy. You know, and we knew very, very clearly that COVID wasn't a risk to children. You know, so there was only one clear course that we could take, and that I could take certainly, and that was to give my professional opinion to patients who expected or required it from me.

Many of them didn't like what they heard, sure, but I still had a duty and a responsibility to get that information to them. Now, the government have been saying, look, we are the one source of truth and you can go to our website. And there was a very narrow range of studies that people could look at, largely from the CDC, which was small and not necessarily peer reviewed and sort of cherry picking.

And we've been accused of the same thing, of course, but in the context of this brand new platform that was already known in the other ways that it was used in cancer therapy and things. You know, to come with real stings in the tail for some people.

You know, we just... Well, it's still beyond belief, actually, that people were subjected to this sort of campaign of propaganda and very narrow information, delivered with such, such confidence, you know, in a way that was deliberately designed to make people believe that there was no doubt, you know, it was 100%.

Thoughts on Barry Young (Whistleblower - New Zealand)

Well it's certainly made a splash and you know whatever the you know the facts of the thing are I think it's really great that there's lots of eyes on what's going on in New Zealand. The most telling thing actually isn't so much about the data but the response of the government that moved immediately to, you know, they got an injunction from a fairly low court, actually the Employment Relations Authority, you know, and it's very unclear, you know, who's actually targeted by that and on what basis it was issued and what information was given to the court, actually, to let it out.

But Barry, of course, was arrested.

But even worse than that, some sort of cyber SAS kind of campaign then set out to, you know, remove this this data from people's hard drives along with a lot of their own other You know information and and and data and perhaps the best best known example Being McKinnon's stuff and of course, he's done huge amounts of work proving contamination you know beyond any need to argue actually and it's been validated of course and repeated by Philip Buckholz and and other people so, you know, all this was sort of sent out to chase this information down and retrieve it, you know, and bring it home and put it back under guard.
