I am about to conduct a funeral for someone who died within and hour of suddenly becoming breathless. No apparent co-morbidities. The ambulance did not turn up and when the paramedic arrived they were dead. The post-mortem was venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism.
This past week a friend attended er with a very swollen hand and wrist. He was admitted and diagnosed with and treated with Iv antibiotics for SEPSIS????? How anyone would consider sepsis for a sudden swollen hand and wrist does not make sense. I am wondering if he has a one of these fibrous clots in his upper extremity that is causing the hand and wrist to swell?
Consider the possibility of delamination of the blood vessel, and that the "clots" look like casts because they represent one or more interior layers of the previously healthy vessel. They may even function normally for some time, until a section collapses or normal clotting causes a clinical event.
The aneurysm featured in one of the pictures may be a consequence of the weakened remaining vessel wall.
Someone should compare cross-sections of the vessel wall post-"clot" removal to a comparable normal vessel cross-section, to see if vessel wall layers have been stripped away.

By May 2020, my condition worsened; I could not walk and experienced severe abdominal pain, leading to hospital admission. However, my leg pain was overlooked, and the doctors recommended colon surgery. Realizing the misdirection, I left the hospital.
In October 2020, a university clinic neurologist focusing on muscle weakness in my lower body and skeletal system performed an EMG, which indicated high pain sensitivity but ruled out Myasthenia Gravis. At this point, walking more than five steps or holding a steering wheel while driving more than 30 km became an impossibility for me.
In January 2021, I consulted a new PCP and insisted on a D-Dimer test, which none of the previous doctors had considered. The results showed a level of 3800. Despite my efforts, I had to persuade her to perform a sonogram. In February 2021, it revealed a significant clot, though attention was only given to my legs. My complaints of groin pain were disregarded, and I was treated with Heparin injections. Despite this, my leg pain and muscle weakness persisted.
My PCP strongly advised vaccination due to my comorbidities. After the first dose, my body reacted severely, shutting down and developing skin lichens and brain inflammation. When I questioned if the vaccine could be the cause, I was told it was not and was advised to proceed with the second dose, which exacerbated my symptoms. I became incapable of holding a cup of coffee or lifting my legs. Three additional neurologists overlooked the advancing muscle weakness and suggested exercise therapy.
In August 2021, a doctor admitted me to a hospital, but I never received a call or a bed from the hospital. In December 2021, a rheumatologist diagnosed me with Von Willebrand Factor (VWF) Types II and V and Petechiae covering my entire body. After reporting additional symptoms like shortness of breath and potential brain inflammation, a blood test six months later identified Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) and Lupus. No treatment was recommended, and a high WBC count was ignored. Left with no other options, and suspecting high cytokine activity, I began self-medicating with Cetirizine without a doctor's guidance.
I suspect a Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in the groin, but to this day, no doctor has approved my request for an Angiography.
While it is known that COVID-19 can exacerbate pre-existing immunodeficiencies, I question whether components commonly found in vaccines, such as PEG, could be the primary cause of thrombosis.

My PCP strongly advised vaccination due to my comorbidities. After the first dose, my body reacted severely, shutting down and developing skin lichens and brain inflammation. When I questioned if the vaccine could be the cause, I was told it was not and was advised to proceed with the second dose, which exacerbated my symptoms. I became incapable of holding a cup of coffee or lifting my legs. Three additional neurologists overlooked the advancing muscle weakness and suggested exercise therapy.
In August 2021, a doctor admitted me to a hospital, but I never received a call or a bed from the hospital. In December 2021, a rheumatologist diagnosed me with Von Willebrand Factor (VWF) Types II and V and Petechiae covering my entire body. After reporting additional symptoms like shortness of breath and potential brain inflammation, a blood test six months later identified Antiphospholipid Syndrome (APS) and Lupus. No treatment was recommended, and a high WBC count was ignored. Left with no other options, and suspecting high cytokine activity, I began self-medicating with Cetirizine without a doctor's guidance.
I suspect a Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT) in the groin, but to this day, no doctor has approved my request for an Angiography.
While it is known that COVID-19 can exacerbate pre-existing immunodeficiencies, I question whether components commonly found in vaccines, such as PEG, could be the primary cause of thrombosis.

Is the 1% of non-vaccinated people who developed these clots evidence of shedding?
My prayer is the the NIH has an emergency, secret, research program going on. I wonder if it is possible. I suspect the administration wants to keep the lid on this until after the election.
