I think talking about the failures is definitely the right thing to do, otherwise those of us who watched this debacle progress, and by our medical profession, would now not have faith in any of the Docs. This situation was headed up by the wrong people, the right medical people such as yourselves are the people who should be directing the rest of those .....(sorry, I can't find the term).
Dr. McMillan - Have watched most if not all of your videos and this is by far my favorite. Dr. Rapiti is amazing in both his knowledge of medicine and his no-nonsense view of the medical "establishment".
I am suffering from spike protein induced problems from both natural infection and the Moderna booster. Video was a bit rushed towards the end and my brain doesn't work as well as it used to. Did Dr. R say he has any thoughts about treating conditions like mine?

A heart felt narrative this and the request. I have read dozens of their stories recounted by desperate people in the USA and the West being kind of abandoned by the doctors in these Covid times. This one too wrenches your feelings. Why ? What is happening to the everyday medicinal system in the USA ? What are their doctors afraid of ? Why can’t FLCCC live upto their name, put more of their doctors on call around the country and help people like Mark ? Yes, bringing the tortuous past to accountability is important, but more important is the present suffering and a safer future, which means coming to the help of people like Mark. I do hope Dr. Rapiti and Dr. Chetty take up his case on his own and return him to good health. As I have understood, all this would require is only a few clinically well chosen old school medicines, including the golden drug Ivermectin.

All Real Doctors who became a covid times hero by providing Real Treatment for covid, including Dr Chetty and Dr Marik /FLCCC, quickly came to understand the nature of covid treatment at all stages. You would understand this IF you understood how they actually treated patients and did not ONLY understand some of the treatments they deployed by only listening here and there to part of what they have said. YOU HAVE TO LISTEN TO MOST EVERYTHING THEY HAVE TOLD US TO REALLY UNDERSTAND HOW THEY TREATED COVID.
They all would choose, if possible, to start treatment at the earliest stage with antiviral treatments and drugs to prevent the inflammation and clotting stage of covid. They all knew and quickly learned that larger / earlier steroid doses were needed to put a stop to the inflammatory stage and that clotting prevention needed to be stepped up early in that stage covid.
It's about time that the truth will be revealed! Governments around the world fell for the machinations of those corporations and obscenely rich and influential individuals who have a dystopian agenda of maximising profit and garnering power to themselves at any cost.
The ongoing problem is that these corporations and individuals have not given up their objectives, of infiltrating and manipulating governments, financial institutions and "health" organisations, in a perverse attempt to enslave populations and negate the fundamental rights of the individuals to manage their own lives.

I also mentioned in my mail to ICMR another chemistry. Tobacco, as harmful as it is over long term consumption, also contains its characteristic alkaloid, Nicotine. It is an amine chemical structure wise. So it can be a powerful anti viral, with its capacity to keep pH alkaline. Who knows, those tobacco chewing guys escaped the infection, only a survey would have revealed. This habit is unique to India ( I think so), so we missed a great opportunity to unearth some useful science. I have read that Nicotine is not the cause for the habit forming nature of tobacco. In comments, I have read one or two mentioning use of Nicotine nasal sprays/nebulisers to prevent catching the infection.
You are smart and understand chemistry. That will not make money for the pharmecutical companies. If I even start to get a cold I immediately take a tsp of baking soda in water twice a day. I believe - but of course can’t prove it - that anyone in respiratory distress would benefit from IV bicarbonate solution as immediate treatment. Checking pH of saliva every 15 minutes until pH at 7 or slightly higher but less than 8. Then continue with oral small dose bicarbonate through illness. I also believe everyone should have a stash of necessary meds on hand in their house and knowledge of how to use - especially in US. Our health system is quickly imploding.
Very interesting protocols, very simple, backed by unassailable chemistry. I had long been aware of the importance of alkaline pH in neutralising this virus. I am from India and here is an interesting anecdote. Chewing beetle leaf and beetle nuts (arecanuts) is an ancient habit here, especially among the rural population. Many would chew tobacco also with these two, an unwelcome addition. As a wrap. As a digestive and even mouth fresher, this leaf wrap can be made of many candied items - fruits, coconut, etc, harmless. Whatever this leaf wrap, the practice is to apply fresh lime ( chemically calcium hydroxide) on the green leaf before preparing the wrap. I used to wonder in the Covid times, if those who chew this as habit would be safe against infection by this virus, because their body pH could be constantly alkaline ( well above 7). In end 2021, after a harrowing delta wave that was quickly decimated with early, classical medicines, I wrote to our national apex medical body, Indian Council of medical Research (ICMR) who are mandated to give practice approvals to individual doctors, to undertake a survey among those regularly consuming these leaf wraps on their infection status. I wanted to know if they had this basic chemistry protection. I described the Chemistry also and the significance. That body never responded, not even acknowledging receipt of my communications. Now, this interesting science study is not possible, with the virus having practically disappeared here for over two years now. You mentioned about HCQ raising the body pH, probably it’s powerful anti viral mechanism. Many anti histamines, anti inflammatories, anti biotics, immuno modulatory drugs, anti depressants and hundreds of common drugs from many different indications can be powerful anti virals ( additional feature), because they contain basic nitrogen atoms in their chemical structures providing some micro management of body pH in the alkaline region. A criterion for such drugs could be their pKa, acid dissociation constants, a log scale like pH. The pKa has to be well above 7, the higher the number, the better the anti viral the drug would be. I have seriously discussed this in the past in some of my comments, to be met with only total disinterest, including the experts conducting the podcasts. Do you find this story interesting ?
The discussion would have more useful if it had centered around actual outpatient treatments given versus a set of symptoms. It could have been about 5 or 6 major sets of symptoms. What were the anti histamines and anti biotics he preferentially used ? Any non steroidal anti inflammatories he used like azathioprine, promethazine etc ? How did he employ Ivermectin or HCQ ? I liked his one sentence, though. There should have been no deaths with Covid. I wish he had spent a few minutes on what kind of medicinal protocols and interventions would ensure that outcome. I have expressed this view a dozen times in the hundreds of comments I have made.
Substack is on my phone so I went to the computer to write - it's easier. You are correct. Nicotine prevents virus infections by occupying the ACE2 receptors. It's not addictive - it's the other chemicals in tobacco products that cause the addiction. Lots of people have used the nicotine patches. HCQ raises pH and can prophylactically prevent virus infection especially if used with zinc. HCQ must not be taken at high doses as it can affect kidney failure if pH goes too high - but you would have to take about 2000 mg. I take a dose of 400 mg/day. You really can't overdose on Ivermectin - but that operates differently - it neutralizes the sugars that viruses need to replicate. I personally am one of those people who does not really believe that viruses are real - I believe they are parasites - and until the late 1980's were in fact defined as microscopic parasites. Treat them as you would any other parasite. They can only reproduce if they have a host.
About two years ago I consulted with a doctor from India who saved my life and cured me of chronic asthma. For another time. I know water chemistry and we are 70% wafer. Balance pH and dissolved oxygen and you will balance oxygen reduction potential (ORP). Everything you said is 100% correct. Viruses are parasites that feed on by products of acid metabolism - sugars. Raise pH and starve them and shut down the life cycle. It shuts down the sugars. You are very smart and probably saved a number of lives.

I am 78, a PhD in organic chemistry, long industrial research career, no drug industry experience and retired a few years ago. In retirement, took to reading medicinal organic chemistry and in these four years about this virus, disease, treatment trials and options with repurposed drugs etc - took to some of these podcasts from early 2023 and has been writing prolifically in them. I am 76 and a retired geologist - MS - but had to complete a year of general chemistry, a year of organic before I could take a year of silicate chemistry and had to study enough physics through heat and thermo - not to mention math through differential equations to take a year of physical chemistry. I have worked largely in the petroleum industry and as a hydrogeologist so I know a lot about water chemistry - and have had to treat a lot of water supply systems through the years - and no two were alike. Have dealt a number of times with not only industrial organics in water supplies but also bacteria. Often treatment systems involved adjusting pH, dropping metals out, and killing bacteria - typically with chlorine dioxide or ultra violet light. My opinion on the blood clots with the Covid vaccines - is that the lipid nano particle is a long chain alkane - or resin - undergoing polymerization either spontaneously once injected or via a reaction mechanism - can't be reversed because its an exothermic reaction. Thus the vaccine had to be stored at very low temperatures.

Incidentally, long years ago, I have worked on product developments on polymer based pour point depressants (PPDs) for crude. On the m-RNA vaccines - their bug bear could be anything, the cationic lipids (?) used for LNP, their synthetic mRNAs using N-methyl pseudouridine in place of normal uridine, choice of the pathogenic spike protein segments ( probably designed again) as the target antigens of creation in the cells …..the full picture of these changes/choices in the final design being not known. The cytotoxicity of the cationic lipids (?) chosen, the inflammatory profile of the nucleotide change and the designed spike protein itself. With my background on edible oils and their industrial derivatives like emulsifiers and surfactants, to me, the chemical structures of the cationic lipids ( saw them on a paper) look more like industrial emulsifiers , being based on industrial glycols like ethylene glycol, propylene glycol and hexane diol. If I were the development chemist, I would have chosen the food grade Lecithin ( from eggs or soybean oil) as the material for the nano shell and tuned the entire formulation of the vaccine, including the mRNA, around it. The work could have become long drawn, but the safety profile would have been much better. All future encased m-RNA products must use this kind of template.

Keep it simple. Manage pH we are 70% water. HCQ raises pH. Manage sugars needed for parasite replication (viruses are parasites) IVM mebendazole Fenbendazole etc stop sugar uptake. Check Oxygen Reduction Potential and balance - use bicarbonate solution. Simple science.
