Happy to see that Dr.McMillan has returned to his initial focus area. Provided that severe C19 is viral mediated autoimmune disease, immune response either vaccine induced or naturally induced shall manifest in form of autoimmunity or in form of immune tolerance. In terms of Abs this shall be seen as IgG antibodies against IFN, ILs, etc or in form of IgG4.

Looking forward when Dr.McMillan shall take a look on PASC as an autoimmune syndrome as suggested in https://doi.org/10.1186/s12967-022-03328-4 and other studies.

Scary and intriguing. Your research is greatly appreciated as always. I am very curious about further developments regarding this.

Accepting that COVID-19 is an autoimmune disease, how will this affect transplant patients? Given the role of the spike protein, do you believe it should be mandatory for transplant candidates to be fully vaccinated, if they are not fully vaccinated they have been removed from the list of eligible organ recipients?

Excellent question.

Plan to cover this issue regarding transplantation soon.

Not a straightforward answer.

With due recognition of the immense suffering of the people under the autoimmune phase of the disease in 2020 and 2021 including the resultant horrendous levels of mortality, this condition is not an issue with Omicron causing only a viral phase disease. We must thank divine providence for this reprieve. There could still be occasional cases, but probably not severe, and easily handled with antihistamines, steroids, common anti inflammatories and in hospitals use of emergency procedures if required. Indomethacin could be an useful NSAID here. There was a study in India in 2020 of a doctor treating about 120 hospitalised covid patients with a course of this drug successfully without needing oxygenation.

And they say in the first paragraph that these vaccines are SAFE and effective! How can they say that and then report on a nearly 25% damage to individuals.

there were many barely trained people giving injections in pharmacies and popup clinics. but i wouldnt expect they would do that to the prime minister!

also, the US and UK government and WHO doesnt acknowledge any need for aspiration.
