Vaccine induced SARS-COV-2 Spike antibodies can enable Fc receptors infections of some non-ACE2 phagocytic innate immune cells expanding the pool of cells that can be infected while also compromising a sunset of the innate immune responses. Wang etc al. demonstrated this with SARS in cell lines and that it requires higher antibodies titer due to low Fc receptors affinity for IgG antibodies.
There could be 2-3 different routes for these repeat infections. One of them needs to be proven. First it could be another way of looking at long covid, with its waxing-waning characteristics. Most likely vaccine remnants mediated. Second, it could be relapses of the symptoms/illness from time to time, again mostly vaccine remnants mediated. Since infections are normally associated with natural pathogens ( text book definition), the word relapse may be more appropriate to this situation. The third scenario is least likely, repeat classical infection every time from exposure to the virus. 1 & 2 can be considered the same if it emerges that this is an autoimmune condition. Repeat vaccinations would only increase this likelihood ensuring continuous presence of vaccine remnants. Following the antigen-antibody profile of such patients is important, both with respect to every fresh vaccination and with every fresh occurrence of the symptoms /disease.

This is mainly because of the poor-quality housing here (timber-framed, mouldy, unheated, uninsulated etc). I wonder if there could be some useful comparative studies?
What about single vaccination? Does this category fall under vaccinated or unvaccinated in terms of immune system functioning against COVID?

Seems to specifically target CD20 B Cells.
Also T cells are a critical location for viral antigen persistence.
