I posit that owning your own health will bring far more positive results than relying on health authorities. I'm not a medical professional so feel free to ignore my words. I've done a huge amount of reading on the subject in the last year and now truly believe that high levels of vitamin D and stopping all sugar and processed food/oil consumption in combination with a high animal protein/fat diet, not forgetting a reasonable amount of exercise will lead to a very long and healthy life. Our diets are the root cause of 99% of chronic diseases. I am 70 next year. I haven't been to my doctor since 2020, I'm on zero meds, I didn't take the covid so called vaccine because I did my own risk benefit analysis. I now feel fitter than I did in my 40s. I cycle several times a week and do strength training at the gym. My body fat is now around 20% and my VO2 max is about 42 which isn't fantastic but apparently good for my age. You cannot rely on those paid to look after your health. Just one example. Cancer cells require glutamine as fuel, this fuel comes from eating sugar and carbs. A very low carb diet and good levels of vitamin D will kill cancer cells by denying them that glutamine. Your doctor won't know this, your oncologist probably doesn't know this, they will just follow a script and talk about chemo, radiology, surgery etc. They have been taught outdated BS and cannot be relied upon to do what is best for you. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH.
I do take meds (and I do need them. They are fortunately well and long tried on people, with minimal side effects. I have herbal backups for a few for SHTF.) but not for cardiovascular stuff. Unfortunately, I caught the ME/CFS and WNV bioweapons. I have a friend same age, and he was able to jettison all meds also.

I cannot assume covid is finished, if it was a natural virus then I can assume it has run its course. But, a lab. generated, I cannot take it for granted that covid is finished. Much appreciated for your thought provoking videos with good easy to follow videos. Regards.

Perhaps you are far more optimistic than I Am - as I now see there has NEVER been "honesty in public health".
I will never again blindly trust anything "public health" says or its lies repeated by a cog in the wheel, good Nazi, employee type "doctor" who places following orders and doing what they are told to do to keep their job over their duty to "First Do No Harm" and to Be A Real Doctor.
Truth, trust and transparency is surely needed and a good point. We also need people who want to acknowledge the damage and help in providing remedies to the problems.

Allow me to bring about a another perspective. This is the first time we have mass vaccinated the adult population (comprising of those with highly reactive immune system and those with a declining immune response as in the case of elderly/chronic metabolic and organ dysfunctions). To add to the complexity we have used a less tested mRNA technology targeting a less known antigen the spike protein. Instead of focusing on the treatment options to address the illness and the restore the immune imbalance first. It was evident the mortality and morbidities in the infected were proven to be directly related either to immune deficiency or hypersensitive reaction of the immune system.
All of the above have put the population in progressive unknown set of known and unknown burden of both communicable and non communicable illnesses
If the rumour that Klaus Schwabs daughter has now turned whistle blower and produced evidence that the jab was intended to kill billions I think all bets are off for any salvation of the medical profession I’m afraid.
I also saw such news, but I’ve not seen any actual video of hers giving her statements. I wish to wait and watch what happens next. I read lot of hypothesis and assumptions.
