Thank you Dr McMillan. Igor Chudov posted something today from Eric Fienl-Ding's twitter posts. It was a chart of clades and the newest variant XBB15 I believe. It had a K subscript D Michaelis-Menton of 19.? Much higher that all the prior variants. What does this mean in regards to infectivity and especially virulence? I understand as a much faster infection rate and higher ACE2 binding per their posts but does this indicate virulence like Gert was saying? Also would early ivermectin and hydroxychloroquin still work well with this newest variant? I understand the other early treatment protocols and their timing of administration. I ask these questions cause I may need more scripts in order to finish out my final semester RN program's 120 hours of direct patient care in med surge / ICU and I want to decrease my chances of reinfection especially since the IgG4 paper came out this past week. What are your thoughts on the meds and virulence of this new variant?

Funny you should mention the movie "Don't Look Up." I brought it up to my v'd brother just last night. Note - I turned that movie off 20 minutes into it ( predictive programming /propaganda, imo) and have not watched Netflix since. The conversation stopped there. My mom stated "oh their just gonna fight about it." My brother and I both said no we're not gonna say anything more about it and that was that. This is how we communicate now. Sad but true.

I've noticed there a lot of common themes that many of us in covid clown world use. What's amazing is we do so independantly of one another but the themes themselves and the fact that we all come to them indivually is what astonishes me, but I'm not the least bit surprised. We are United and Strong.
