Novak has more integrity, honesty and decorum in his little finger than nearly any other athlete in the land. He declined the vaxxes knowing the cost to his profession. And yet I never heard him whine when the USA banned his entry because he was not vaxxed. The only thing it proved was how inept the medical providers to,the government were. Sure enough Novak made the right decision to NOT take a dangerous and ineffective gene altering poison. I admire him greatly.
It's a great point you're making, but Djokovic had an edge for many years before the vaccine issue. He is an amazing player with an amazing mindset. As far as his intake of substances is concerned, he eats gluten free and is, or was for quite some time, vegan. He takes all kinds of supplements etc. I am with you in what you're trying to say, but Djokovic is not an example to strengthen your case.
Novak Djokovic is not a good example because he is "outstanding" and always has been on top even before mRNA vaccinations. Besides I doubt that Federer, Nadal et.al. are really vaxxed and have not cheated (not difficult for the Dr. to inject the 1 ml off the arm on the floor and then insert the needle just a bit (if at all) . . . or using other tricks. I know what has been done in several cases . . . . and I would have done the same if I had to but had the chance to "cheat" for the sake not to take any health-risk. So this is a difficult subject to measure athletic performance because we have no reliable data-base. And variables are too high. The only thing we know and can reliably measure is when young athletes die (all of a sudden) or are being diagnosed with a heart pathology because they want an investigation because they know that their performance is down (10%, 15 %, 20% because they use metrics . . .). That is my view dear Philip. Have a nice day. Klaus
Where all in life would this play out ….. vaccinated versus unvaccinated….. the list goes on. Would this also include low/moderately vaccinated populations versus the highly vaccinated ones ? Atleast here we see the results — the virus having retreated long ago versus enjoying an extended lease of reign. Coming back to performance issues and examples post repeat vaccinations - do we include a suddenly struggling Joe Biden now - reportedly took three boosters ?

If the heart needs more sugars after the jab….stay away from processed sugars…..or processed anything for that matter.

Does anyone else recall Nadal’s ‘episode’ while playing post vaccination?
When was that? What happened? Haven't watched tennis for a few years!
