Actually typically, studies have shown that super spreaders are skinny jabbed females.

Is there a summary video explaining the mechanisms of NO action, and a summary of the clinical outcomes of enhanced NO production on actual cases? The book has a lot of descriptive text and a lot of references and seems quite comprehensive, but i didnt see a section with sequence diagrams showing how NO works in each pathway. I may head over to DrBeen's channel to see if he made visual or animated presentation of this promising substance.

Dear Dr McMillan

Did you know that at least on my Phone the pictures in the NO book link appear stretched out. I dont know if it matters to people who are interested in the book. Your video was so interesting. Such a surprise what it was all about. The humming and effect of NO.

Downloaded the book and read the breathing exercises section right away just some 20 minutes ago - and tried the "Bhramari Pranayama - The Yogic Humming Breath" right away. It must have other benefits too. Thank you for this!

The book is a PDF so the quality of display depends on the app you are using to read the book and see the pictures. If the book were to also be released as a set of web pages it could be made mobile-friendly. Books are always better printed though, imho ;)

"How to Impact on being a Superspreader is an incomprehensible sentence. Impact is a compressing blow.

Sorry to put a general comment in the wrong section but... Dr McMillan, I wish you would study how to write. You could try "The Elements of Style" aka "Strunk & White". "Take out unnecessary words" is the best advice. Imagine that every letter printed will cost you 10p. (Publishers DO think like this -paper, ink, weight.) Some of your paragraphs can be cut in half with no loss of info.

But hey, thanks for your research on medical covidiocy.

The picture is complicated in the highly vaccinated West, including the USA. What has taken refuge for long term residence in the sinus of many people could be residual virus from infections and/or the m-RNA vaccine spike residues. Vaccine spike shedding makes sure even the unvaccinated are not spared. It is now in people’s hands to take care of themselves and the society around them, by ensuring that they don’t carry such reservoirs. Nine out of ten, the possible spreaders among them will be symptomatic, they need to carry enough of the pathogen load that they can exhale. OTC medications could be adequate for this purpose. Once someone gets a cold/throat symptom, even if very light, he should go for oxymetazoline or other anti histamine nasal sprays for a week, if necessary supplementing it with OTC oral medications. NO inhalations seem fine. Possibly Nicotine sprays for a few days. That should clear his pathogen load in the sinus areas. Ideally, prescribed URT medications will be best, but up there getting the prescription is a problem. One need not bother about the type of infection causing the symptoms. The medications are the same, no matter which one it is. There is no way of handling an individual spreader with a top down approach. The option of Nicotine sprays could be considered and approved by clinicians in the background of the finding that most observed superspreaders are non smokers. For once, probably just for one context, smoking rescues the society, even if its established downsides stay on.

Without being able to identify first who could be a super spreader with some visible features, it would be difficult to implement any medicinal measure that can curtail those features, to prevent them being a super spreader. And then medical administrations must accept the concept of existence of individual super spreaders. Since the vaccine spike shedding is now well understood, all those who have had a m-RNA shot in the preceding three months have to be considered super spreaders. Again, the West including the USA does not accept vaccine spike shedding. Thus, any work that can be planned around super spreaders is a non starter in those highly vaccinated countries. I have been emphasising in many podcasts of yours that early classical medicine treatments in home care can stop viral growth during the initial viral phase, to such an extent that the affected individual in his household will stop being a spreader. Multiplied over thousands of households in a community, the spread stops. So treating an identified super spreader with a course of these medicines would eliminate his viral load and prevent him from being a spreader. In cases where the symptoms are mostly URT, additional use of oxymetazoline nasal sprays will clear the mucosal entry and keep it safe. Or it can be any other anti histamine available as nasal spray. All these medications are anti virals and early use would prevent virus build up in individuals. Nicotine has an ideal chemical structure to be an anti viral. Some of you with connections to medicinal research could arrange to have this checked in the lab. It may seem a preposterous suggestion, but it may be worth looking at population data in terms of smoking versus super spreader or resistance to primary infection/reinfection, to assess the nicotine effect.
