Philip, I would love to have an in depth conversation with Dr. Abeles and Prof Robert Clancy surrounding this likely Breg 1 cell class switch to IgG4 post jab #3. Recall NK cells only express FcRIIIa which IgG4 doesn't bind. Nor does IgG4 form immune complexes which removes such Fc effector functions as antibody dependent cellular cytotoxicity, phagocytosis, or complement activation as viable pathogen clearing mechanisms. And NK cells are sidelined exactly when needed most. In short, this class switch induction, likely preceded by T reg cells and IL-10, leads to antigen tolerance which is a foundational principle in allergen specific immunotherapy.
The consequences of this immune response will likely lead to multiple spike mediated pathologies that appear disconnected from the upper respiratory SC2 infection and the typical symptomatology of immunothrombogenesis that previously marked severe COVID pre-Omicron. Your last interview with him about that was in Dec 2021? When He appeared before the Grand Jury Of Public Opinion Panel in Feb 2022 he had treated 10,000 with no deaths. How have things gone since? So many...many people in all sectors of the people are AFRAID to speak out. But, soon, the number of hurt and dead people states are going to overflow and can't any longer be hidden.
