The world is now participating in the largest ever Challenge study to see what immune responses occur on re-exposure to SARS-COV2. Which group are you currently in and what could be the outcomes?
There are also immunopathological complications associated with the SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV vaccines that require addressing and further optimization. One adverse effect is the induction of antibody-dependent enhancement (ADE) effect, which is usually caused by vaccine-induced suboptimal antibodies that facilitates viral entry into host cells.
These SARS-CoV vaccines all induced antibody and protection against infection with SARS-CoV. However, challenge of mice given any of the vaccines led to occurrence of Th2-type immunopathology suggesting hypersensitivity to SARS-CoV components was induced. Caution in proceeding to application of a SARS-CoV vaccine in humans is indicated.

This sounds very interesting. I'm double jabbed with Pfizer. Got something roughly 3 months after 2nd shot. I almost died and for most of it (while still conscious) was wishing for death.
Haven't been right since. Lots of stuff after I started recovering but most resolved. Now it is what it is.
Would like to know the results of this world wide study we seem to be taking part in, without our consent. Thank you for your work. I appreciate your level and purposeful approach.
Hi, Dont quite understand this but would like to say that I live in India and both of my vaccines were done here in India with the first vax available, NOT the one given later to poor people ! (As I understand, and I was not happy to hear that I could not get the vaccine given to the many employees of WHO in New Delhi and I wonder why that is.
