Putting out a company release at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon is usually done when there is something to hide.
Reliable information has indicated that publication of a press release on a Friday afternoon, after the analysts have left, is usually around burying bad news.

What could Pfizer be trying to hide?
This represents the financial losses in their next period. Is that the only concern? The previous Press Release (related to Comirnaty) was on Monday the 11th of September and did not have much financial information in the document.

Myocarditis and pericarditis occur mostly in young males aged 12 through 17 within a few days of the vaccine. Considering they were probably at zero risk of any adverse effect from COVID, this doesn't sound like a fair trade. In fact, it sounds horrible, many might say criminal.
