I’m not a scientist, but It seems to me that the IGG4 that causes the immune system to seemingly ignore spike protein, which has been studied in people who have had 2 or more Covid vax, could be the reason that high spike has been found in folks with the least symptoms, while people with strong symptoms can have lower numbers of spike.
