Similar lung pathology with SARS and MERS

The first epidemic in 2003 with SARS-COV (Asia), the entry receptor to cells for the virus was ACE-2. In 2012, Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) another coronavirus used DPP4 as the entry receptor. The lung pathology was very similar.
