Is it logical to stimulate the immune system in COVID-19?

Our primary method to treat severe COVID-19 is through steroids or Tocilizumab, an immunosuppressant used mainly in rheumatoid arthritis. Both approved internationally. If you are unaware as to the mechanism of benefit (immunosuppression), I would suggest caution in advocating stimulation of the immune system.
