International Forum looking at alternative options for COVID-19
COVID-19 options if vaccines fail - International Forum. Bringing together an international discussion for plan B in case our vaccination strategy does not bring the results hoped.
Ingo Fricke (Germany) - highlighting the challenges with vaccination as the primary strategy to overcome COVID-19
Knut M. Wittkowski (USA) - nutraceuticals and their safety/efficacy to combat T-cell hyperactivity
Ivo Koutsaroff (Japan) - sharing knowledge on alternative strategies to manage the pandemic
Philip McMillan (UK) - looking at some of the longer term clinical challenges and therapeutics on the horizon
CORONAVIRUS: PRACTICAL APPROACHES TO PREVENTION & RESPONSE: The multi-national panel discusses:
● Vaccine safety, efficacy & panellist preferences & for whom
● tactics to boost the immune system that almost everyone (definitely our militaries!) can do. Easily implemented in developing countries. Little excuse not to in first-world countries, well, other than US doesn't have a central primary health system. (Specific action-items are offered, so take notes)
● nations' differing approaches to pandemic responses, including lockdowns & how to keep economies open (discern how & why the US culture wars precluded the "stay open" possibility & why NOW is the best time to get smart)
● how long before we kick this thing? (Oh, that really depends, but I won't spoil the surprise!)
● types of vaccines, their safety, efficacy, usefulness long-term
● what about herd immunity?
● how fast does this mutate and in straightforward language, how transmissible is it?
