High dose steroids in Recovery Trial

Whilst extremely happy about this recent arm to the Recovery Trial, I am still disappointed it took so long to implement.

The effectiveness of Dexamethasone (June 2020) was so significant that it should have been critical to look at higher doses of steroids to optimise therapy further.
