I have been confused about the details of youtube's censorship of Dr. McMillan's videos. I have been able to watch all of his videos as far as I know, but I am subscribed to his channel. Is youtube shadow banning rather than censoring?
I was just experimenting by logging-out of youtube and searching "COVID cancer" and comparing to the results while logged-in. This video doesn't show up in either search for me now, but I remember watching it on youtube a few days ago. I guess their censoring software does not remove the offending videos immediately or maybe there are actual humans who report the videos to the censors.

It's very possible that YouTube is shadow banning Dr. McMillan's videos. Their main goal is to prevent him from attracting new viewers.
