Channel COVID-19 resources efficiently

Currently there are over 200 vaccines in development to manage the COVID-19 pandemic and yet we still have not answered basic questions about the pathophysiology of the disease.

Autopsies on ALL patients who died with COVID-19 are not a part of our scientific rigour, and whilst time and resource consuming, it could give vital clues to the disease.
